The Road to Winter Warfare

For the past year, TJay Sykes has been on a mission to prove he belongs at the top of Voltage Wrestling. His path has been filled with obstacles, none more daunting than his intense rivalry with Flex Fenom. For an entire year, Fenom seemed to have Sykes' number. As a result, Sykes went on a long losing streak. But at long last, Sykes put the rivalry to rest, defeating Flex Fenom in a decisive victory.
In addition, Sykes entered the inaugural Hub City Wrestling Classic — an 8-man, one-night tournament designed to showcase the best of the best. Sykes fought his way through the brackets and, in a grueling final match, defeated Tom Mitchell to claim the title of Hub City Wrestling Classic Champion.
Victory in the tournament came with a prize: a guaranteed shot at the Voltage Wrestling Grand Championship. Now, that opportunity has arrived.

If there’s one name that has haunted TJay Sykes, it’s "The Neon Ninja" Facade. These two titans first collided at the very first Downtown Showdown in Hagerstown, MD, with Facade walking away as the victor. This is very last minute and unexpected, and I apologize for any inconvenience. Recently, I was made aware of a personal matter outside of the wrestling business that would require my attention, putting me out of the area today and most of the weekend. With how last minute it was, we could not reorganize fast enough, leading to the postponement.
A makeup date will be announced next week in addition to a bonus date for anyone who had bought tickets to this event. We apologize for the inconvenience.

HAGERSTOWN, MD- Voltage Wrestling is proud to announce that we have reached an agreement in principle with Antietam Broadband to air a weekly episodic wrestling program on WCL-TV beginning in September. This new and exciting program will be called Voltage Wrestling: Lightning.

The program will feature all of the stars of Voltage Wrestling from The Beastman, Mr Grim, DawgNation and The Neon Ninja Facade, as well as many local pro wrestling stars such as Captain D Capitate, The Country Club, Eric Ecton and many more. In addition to highlights from all of Voltage Wrestling’s live events across the 4-state region, the program will also feature full-length original matches each and every week. It will be available to fans living in the Washington County, Maryland area who subscribe to Antietam Broadband’s cable TV service.

“We look forward to bringing the fun and excitement of Voltage Wrestling’s live events to tv screens,” said Voltage Wrestling’s Executive Producer Mike Noland. “This is the next step in the growth of a promotion we have been building for the last two years. We’re excited to start year three working with Antietam Broadband to bring locally created content to television sets across Washington County.”
